Wisconsin Dells Public Market Strategic Feasibility Study

Recommendation #31 of the Roger Brooks Downtown Branding, Development & Marketing Action Plan was to explore the potential for and viability of a public market in downtown Wisconsin Dells.  In the Fall of 2014, the WDVCB Downtown Tourism Development Committee commissioned Aaron Zaretsky to conduct a public market feasibility study.  Mr. Zaretsy completed and delivered the study to the WDVCB Downtown Tourism Development Committee in March, 2015.

The next step is to prepare a Public Market Programming Plan which will identify the seasonal activities and events and tenant mix that will be crucial to bringing a Wisconsin Dells public market to life.  Following that, a comprehensive site analysis is expected to be completed.
